Following the success of the development of C R Gibbs former offices and yard near to the Sheffield City centre to provide eighty modern apartments the special projects and development arm of the company continues to grow.

Construction of new build loft apartments were designed and build to compliment the refurbishment of the adjacent historic building also into modern loft apartments.
